GROW YOUR OWN PAPAYA IN YOUR BACK YARD OAHU HAWAII 2009
The Hawaiian Papayas are absolutely delicious! This Hawaiian Papaya tree is about 8 month old and carries a lot of fruit. The Papaya is an excellent source of vitamin C and also a very good source of fiber and folate. If you have a space on your back yard and you live in a tropical climate, plant one or two trees. You will enjoy your Papayas fruit after 8 month for a period time ofappoximate 2- 3 years.

How To Choose a good Papaya Cut It
This year I've noticed that there are more papayas on the groceries' tables than previous years, perhaps this fruit is getting more popular in California now than before. Papaya is a common fruit in Viet Nam. We use green papaya to make a salad and we eat ripened ones during the hot summer time to quench our thirst. When shopping for papaya, choose one with a shiny smooth skin, fragrant and yellowish-orange color all around. It's silky and sweet to the taste buds when eaten. Unlike after eating asparagus, your urine gains a very unpleasant and strong odor, papaya passing through waste will smell just like the fresh fruit.
