Description:
I lost melon 2. It had great yellow color, but it had rot at the vine connection. It got inside the melon and I decided yuck. So I thought I was waiting too long to harvest, so I picked melon 3 earlier. Melon 3 had some spots of yellow and brown viens. NOT RIPE it turns out. No "sugar" inside. Just like an average store bought melon. So melon #2 must have been a gopher "accident". Next time I pick a honeydew it will be coated with yellow color! lol
